RETURNS

We offer returns on damaged items and incorrect items. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us hello@gogglergalaxy.com right away with your order number! If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At this time we cannot offer returns for buyer’s remorse.

Do you offer refunds? 

Refunds are available to customers who receive wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@gogglergalaxy.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. 

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please carefully review the size charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.  Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@gogglergalaxy.com within a week of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!


What if my print arrives damaged in shipping?

No matter what we do or how carefully unframed prints are packed, prints can get the edges dinged in shipment. So we use a thick white border all the way around to protect the image area from shipping damage and fingerprints while handling for framing (we recommend handling the prints with gloves).  If the image area of the print is damaged by the shipper when you receive it, please contact us immediately at hello@gogglergalaxy.com with snapshots of the damage visible and we will help you.   


What if my framer or I damage the print in framing?

It can happen to the best of us! We are reasonable humans. Please contact us right away — be honest about what happened (!) —  and we will help you out.  In certain cases, including limited editions, we may need your framer to destroy the damaged piece before a replacement can be issued.  We cannot replace the piece free of charge, but we will do everything we can to replace it at the lowest possible cost to you and your framer.
